Posey Health Sciences Student Loan Program

This loan program is for Pasadena City College Nursing Students. *If you are not currently enrolled in the nursing program at PCC, DO NOT apply for this financial opportunity. *

Mr. Ernie Posey established the Posey Loan Program for PCC nursing students to assist them in completing their programs, gaining admission to a BSN program, or preparing them for the workforce. *This is NOT a scholarship. * It is an institutional loan program for PCC Nursing Students; you will sign a promissory note and repay the loan upon separation from PCC.

PCC Nursing Students may borrow up to $ 6,000 per semester. They must be enrolled at PCC or an institution with which we have a consortium agreement to receive a disbursement in any given semester. Loan period timelines will vary by semester. You must attend both an information session and a Financial Planning Session.
