Eugene Herbert Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created to honor former PCC and USC accounting student, Eugene Hebert. Eugene attended PCC from 2023 – 2025. And he transferred to USC as an accounting major in Fall 2025. He also completed a highly coveted internship with Deloitte, one the Big 4 accounting firms, during the summer of 2025.

Eugene, also a Navy Veteran, was bright, engaging, kind and full of life. He had many close friends, especially at PCC. Those who knew him thought he was simply the best friend they could have!

Eugene had a bright future ahead of him and we honor those deserving students with this scholarship who exemplify what he represented; kindness, hard work and a love of people.
