Lancer Care Basic Needs Grant Application

Thank you for your interest in the Basic Needs Emergency Grant. Please thoroughly complete the application form. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for application review and status updates. Application review can take up-to 3 weeks pending the number of applications received. We appreciate your patience throughout this process. Eligibility Requirements:
Please note that the following must be true in order for emergency grant consideration

  • Must be in good academic standing with Pasadena City College (PCC)
  • Must have over one semester of enrollment and a recorded GPA with Pasadena City College (PCC)
  • Must be enrolled at least half-time (minimum 6-course units). Priority will be given to students enrolled full-time (12+ course units) and to first time applicants.
  • Must have a FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application on file with the Office of Financial Aid (International students must complete the following form)
  • Must have an unmet need in your current financial aid package
