Dr. Barbara Latham Excellence in Nursing Award

Dr. Barbara Latham was a nursing professor at Pasadena City College for 25 years. “Bobbie” Latham held education at a very high value. She not only earned her RN degree, but went back to school to earn both a Masters and a Doctorate in Nursing while working full time and raising four children. She was always encouraging others to follow their dreams and push themselves academically. This scholarship was started by Bobbie’s four children, Linda, Cindy, Patti, Kathy and her husband Chuck.
