Ritsuko Hirai Japanese Scholarship
Dr. Hirai Japanese Scholarship is awarded to students who have taken and completed a variety of Japanese courses at PCC, achieved a grade of “A” in JAPN 003 and JAPN 004, and will continue the study of the Japanese Language.
