Latino Advisory Committee

President’s Latino Advisory Committee (PLAC) provides students at PCC with scholarships. These awards are part of the President’s Latino Advisory Committee and normally awarded during the spring semester at Noche de Excelencia Scholarship Dinner, May 19, 2020.
